Roles and Responsibilities
- Public Relations (President) Eligibility (who can apply) - 2nd or Third Year or Pre-Final Year Student/NSS Volunteer with at least 1 Year of Satisfactory, Performance and must be active on all social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Good in reading, exploring new stuff, creative writing (English and Hindi) and designing poster templates. Excellent records of organization, management, leadership, and Inter-personal communication skills.
- Work closely with the Director/Officer, Vice Presidents and other Core committee Members in planning and executing different activities and campaigns.
- Responsible for building a relationship with different NSS units, NGOs, Schools/Colleges, Media House, Experts, Govt Administrations/Officers, Corporate CSR, Celebrities and Influencing People
- Responsible for maintaining all documents, volunteers' details, and reports in the structured format and submitting them to the Director.
- Responsible for Hosting a Meeting and Regular Feedback from Members and volunteers.
- Responsible for Organizing Events/Workshops, Educational/Cultural Trip and Village Camp.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities.
- Responsible for ensuring harmony in the team at one end.
- Fund Raising (Vice President) Eligibility (who can apply) - 2nd or Third Year or Pre-Final Year Student/NSS Volunteer with at least 1 Year of Satisfactory Performance and must be active on all social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Excellent in Convincing and Inter-personal communication skills.
- Responsible for Fund Raising Activities and exploring different NGOs, CSR Projects, Government Projects, Crowd Fund Raising Activities, Fund Raising Quizzes, Marathons, and many more.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities.
- Responsible for ensuring harmony in the team at one end.
- Human Resources (Vice-President) Eligibility (who can apply) - 2nd or Third Year or Pre-Final Year Student/NSS Volunteer with at least 1 Year of Satisfactory Performance and must be active on all social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Good in Writing and Speaking. Excellent Inter-personal communication skills.
- Work closely with the Director, President, Vice Presidents and other Core committee Members in understanding the requirements for volunteers, finding, screening and recruiting volunteers, issuing ID card, offer letter after joining, and completion certificate at the end of their tenure.
- Responsible for building a relationship with Placement Cells of different colleges or universities or schools for recruitment drive.
- Responsible for maintaining all documents, volunteers' details, and reports in the structured format and submitting them to the Director.
- Responsible for building cordial relationships with all members of organization, taking regular feedback, Birthday wishes, planning get together adventure and fun activities.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities.
- Teaching and Mentoring (Vice President) Eligibility (who can apply) - 2nd or Third Year or Pre-Final Year Student or NSS Volunteer with at least 1 Year of Satisfactory Performance and must be active on all social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Excellent in Reading, Learning, Designing Pedagogy/Methodology for Teaching, and English and Hindi communication skills.
- Responsible for Adopting a Village/MCD/Govt-Schools/Slum-Basti/Ranbasera near to your school/college/home.
- Responsible for Mentoring the Children belong to economically weaker sections of the society, including their parents.
- Responsible for developing a culture of outcome based learning, skilled based learning, moral values, sports, yoga, meditation, cultural activities, career counseling and many more.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities.
- Responsible for ensuring harmony in the team at one end.
- Video Reels Creator (Secretary) Eligibility (who can apply) - Passionate about writing scripts on different social issues, making short video reels or Interactive videos or News Video for awareness. Good in communication, either in English or Hindi. A student from any department or Year is eligible. Must be active on all social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
- Responsible for writing scripts for developing or editing videos for ongoing videos/recorded videos of regular campaigns, weekly/monthly programs/events.
- Responsible for developing at least One Short Video in two weeks. Minimum 2 Short Creative Videos need to be submitted in a month.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities.
- Research and Analytics (Secretary) Eligibility (who can apply) - Passionate about Reading, Writing Blogs, and Doing Research, Good at Exploring the things around us. Love to jingle with technology, Wish to Explore Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, designing and building sustainable solutions. Only Skilled Students from any department or any Year are eligible to apply.
- Responsible for designing a questionnaire for the field survey, understanding the needs and requirements of people or society, working closely with the Director
- Will be engaged in doing the Literature Reviews of the problems, writing reports
- Conceptualizing and analyzing the issues and working on designing and building sustainable solutions using Machine Learning, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence
- Working on drafting and developing the technical report for the Blogs, Magazine, Print Media, publication in reputed National/International Journals and Conferences.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities.
- Campus Ambassador (Secretary) Eligibility (who can apply) - Passionate about talking and building network with different known- or unknown people, Good in inter-personal communication skills, either in English or Hindi. A student from any department or Year is eligible. Must be active on all social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
- Responsible for creating awareness through all social media platforms, WhatsApp Chats or Groups or Broad cast Groups, Word of Mouth, Regular meeting with people in individual or groups.
- Mobilizing people for programs or events or workshop or social fest.
- Responsible for Enrolling maximum people in the Quizzess or Ongoing Training Program. (Guidelines of ambassador are attached here)
- Must create engagements on all social media platforms.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities and also responsible for ensuring harmony in the team at one end
- Social Media (Secretary (Number of Positions - 3)) Eligibility (who can apply) - Passionate about talking and building network with different known- or unknown people, celebrities, influencing leaders, media, NGOs, corporate through social media, good in inter-personal communication skills, either in English or Hindi. A student from any department or Year is eligible. Must be active on all social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
- Responsible for creating awareness through all social media platforms including WhatsApp Chats or Groups or Broadcast Groups.
- Responsible for encouraging all members to create engagement on social media and spread awareness
- Responsible for creating engagements on social media, podcast, live quizzes and so on.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities and also responsible for ensuring harmony in the team at one end
- Volunteers (Executives (100) and Executive Heads (10)) Eligibility (who can apply) - Volunteers are the key executives of all ongoing projects. The selection of Volunteers will be based on Application Form and Interview by the Core Team members of the Organization. Students from any year, any department passionate about doing research, exploring new things and engaging themselves in understanding real-life problems, designing, and developing sustainable solutions, spreading awareness, and measuring and analyzing the impact, can join as a Volunteer. The students must have active social media accounts on (all three) Facebook, Instagram & Twitter..
- Responsible for doing research, field visits, understanding the problems, designing the projects and strategy, executing projects, activity/campaign/events in a team.
- Responsible for developing the content and designing the posters and videos.
- Responsible for Spreading Awareness and Mobilizing people through different media platforms, including word of mouth.
- Working in at-least One project team (can contribute to multiple projects) and completing the task assigned in due time.
- Responsible for maintaining the weekly progress report in the structured format.
- Responsible for branding and publicizing the social causes actively on their social media, WhatsApp and creating an engagement on the official social media of CollCom.
- Responsible for mobilizing students or the community for different activities.
- Must participate and be actively involved in all meetings and activities.
- Executive Head will lead the project and groups and also responsible for ensuring harmony in the team.
- Core Committee (office holders president, vice president and secretary) Members cannot take any official position in any other NGOs or Institutions (They can only volunteer in other Organization). Office holder position will be offered after one month of satisfactory performance of joining CollCom.
- Initially, you will join the CollCom as a Volunteer Executive. All Core Committee members and Volunteers Executives must regularly attend all meetings, complete the task allotted in due time, participate in all programs and campaigns, follow the Head instructions, participate in the group discussion, and always show Courtesy towards your team members and acknowledge everything.
- Make a good habit of informing your team head about your unavailability or personal issues of un- wellness, exam, or other cases. Very importantly, keep appreciating everyone's efforts in the group.
- All Volunteers Executive, including Core Committee Members, must make an Diary or Notebook and make a habit of writing every day's learning and progress in the notebook for the self-assessment, keep a record of it and upload it on the assigned Google Cloud Folder.
- All Members and Volunteers must be active on social media and regularly create engagements on all official posts. (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter)
- All Volunteers Executive must complete at least 240 hours of fieldwork activities and 240 Hours of non- field activities in one year and attend one 7/10 Days Special Village Camp to earn an Internship Completion Award Certificate.
- One-month inactive performance or failing to complete the one-month tasks in due time, not attending two regular meetings or programs without valid reasons or prior written notification to the Head/Office Bearers/Coordinator will lead to the termination from the official post.
- Based on regular active involvement in Projects and Activities, fulfilling the minimum requirements for the Internship Award Certificate and submitting of duly signed Dairy Report, the Member/Volunteer may be awarded 240 Hours Completion Award Certificate and other Incentives (Like a Letter of Appreciation or Best Volunteer Award or Rising Leader Award).
